FX rate locks at the time you add funds — currency moves between transactions don't change your balance. Failures caught before a send reaches Meta (insufficient balance, missing profile, invalid input) are always free. On Instagram, an AI reply to a DM is billed at the same rate as WhatsApp; AI comment moderation has its own per-comment rate. See our refunds policy.
Questions, answered

The short answers

How does Wap2b's WhatsApp pricing work?

Wap2b is prepaid and charged per message. You top up a balance and each message is billed at an all-inclusive rate that varies by the recipient's country and your billing currency. There is no subscription. Two other charges apply and both are shown up front: a 0.99% platform fee withheld from each top-up, and a monthly minimum spend that your message usage counts toward. Nothing else is added.

Is there a monthly subscription or platform fee?

No subscription, no seat fee, no recurring platform fee. There is a monthly minimum spend, set in your own billing currency and sized to buy roughly the same volume of messaging wherever you are — about 250 marketing messages in the market you mostly send to. The figure for your currency is shown on this page, and every currency is listed in the billing guide. Your message spend counts toward it, so if you spend the minimum or more in a month you pay nothing extra. If you spend less, the difference is deducted from your balance after the month ends.

Is there a fee on adding funds?

A 0.99% platform fee is withheld from each top-up, in whatever currency you are billed in. It comes out of the credit rather than being added to your payment, so you are charged exactly the amount you chose: a 500-unit top-up is charged at 500 (plus GST where it applies) and credits 495.05 to your balance. The full breakdown is shown before you pay and again on your payment receipt.

What happens if I spend less than the monthly minimum?

The difference is deducted from your prepaid balance after the month ends. The deduction is capped at whatever balance you have, so it can never take your account below zero or leave you owing us money. Your first month is pro-rated from the day you fund your account, and no minimum is charged for a month in which your account was suspended or Meta disconnected your number.

What does the per-message price include?

The price you see is all-inclusive — it covers everything needed to deliver that message. Pricing depends on the recipient's country and the conversation category set by WhatsApp.

Do my credits expire?

Two things bring a balance down. The monthly minimum draws it down each month, which is what empties most balances. Separately, credits carry a 12-month validity from your most recent top-up, and anything still unused after that is forfeited — but in practice the minimum gets there first, so expiry rarely applies. Every top-up resets the 12-month clock over your whole balance.

How is Instagram billed?

Instagram runs on the same prepaid balance as WhatsApp — no separate subscription. You pay per Instagram DM you send. An AI reply to a DM is billed at the same rate as WhatsApp, and AI comment moderation has its own per-comment rate. Incoming DMs, public comment replies, hiding, deleting, and publishing posts are always free.

Can I try Wap2b before committing a large budget?

Yes. Because billing is prepaid and per message, you can start with a small top-up, send real messages, and scale your balance up whenever you're ready. The monthly minimum is modest and pro-rated for your first month, so trying the platform mid-month costs only the days you're on it.
