WHY IN-CHAT WINS
Every extra tap is a customer you lose
A link out of WhatsApp asks a lot: tap, wait for a page to load, fill it out somewhere unfamiliar, come back. An in-chat form asks for none of it.
The link-out detour
Customer taps a link in the chat
Waits for a browser page to load
Fills a form on an unfamiliar site
Many give up before they finish
Survivors return to WhatsApp
The WhatsApp Forms way
Customer taps the form button
Fills it out without leaving the chat
Submits — done in seconds
Three taps, zero detours — and the answer is already in your inbox.

ANATOMY OF A FORM
Eleven field types, one clean form
Mix and match the fields you need, add headings and helper text to guide people, mark what's required, and spread it across up to four steps. Here's everything in the palette:
Short text
Paragraph
Number
Phone
Date
Dropdown
Checkboxes
Opt-in
Heading
Caption
One builder, many jobs
Lead capture
Qualify prospects the moment they message you. Name, email, budget, intent — collected before the conversation cools.
Appointment booking
A date field and a few details is all it takes for customers to request a slot, right inside the thread.
Surveys & feedback
Ask multiple-choice or open questions across a few steps. Far higher completion than a link to a survey site.
Support intake
Route issues with a dropdown for category plus a description, so every request arrives structured and ready to action.
Sign-ups & registrations
Event registration, waitlists, newsletter opt-ins — with a proper opt-in checkbox built right in.
Anything you can shape
Mix any of the eleven field types across up to four steps to build the exact form your business needs.

The short answers
What are WhatsApp Forms?
WhatsApp Forms are interactive forms your customers open and fill out inside a WhatsApp chat — built on WhatsApp Flows. Instead of sending a link to a web page, you send a form that opens right in the conversation, so people answer without ever switching apps.
Do customers have to leave WhatsApp to fill one out?
No. The entire form opens, fills, and submits inside WhatsApp. There's no browser, no external link, and no app-switch — which is exactly why in-chat forms complete far more often than a link to a website.
What can I collect with a form?
Eleven field types: short and long text, number, email, phone, date, single-choice dropdown, multi-select checkboxes, an opt-in checkbox, plus heading and caption blocks for instructions. You can spread fields across up to four steps.
Do I need a developer or a server?
No. Wap2b forms are static — there's no endpoint to build or host. You design the form in the builder, publish it to WhatsApp in one click, and start sending. Everything runs without any code on your side.
How do I send a form to customers?
Two ways. Open any active chat in the Chatbox (within WhatsApp's 24-hour service window) and attach a form, or attach a form as a button on a message template and send it out in a broadcast to a whole contact list.
Where do the responses go?
Submissions arrive in your dashboard in real time, organised by form and tied to the contact and the campaign that sent it. You can view every answer in a table and export the whole set to CSV.

Sign up, build a form in the visual editor, and send it in your next conversation or broadcast. No code, no server, no subscription — pay only for the messages you send.
